Ruskin Bond, an award-winning Indian author. He’s one of the most admired & children's most-loved author! His many fictional stories and novels have resembled movies and television shows. He’s awarded by Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, Sahitya Akademi Award and John Llewellyn Rhys Prize.

In brief-

The book depicts- when a tween-aged boy Bisnu decides to visit Mussorie to earn for his family and he’s unaware of how his life would be (filled with lots of twists and turns) in a town at such a tender age. Living his life in an alone manner in the beautiful town Mussoorie, with a touch of the mountain breeze, high-peeked mountains and more.

Recommendation-

The author has added all its features to make this story a magical one! The journey described by the author is fascinating. The illustrations by Anitha Balachandran has made this book look more interesting! The choice of words is intelligible. This is not just a book or a story but a pleasurable journey penned by Mr Bond. This book is inexpensive and available online too.
